1. Cancellation

a. Clients have the right to cancel their services before the scheduled appointment by sending an email to the email address provided on the website.

b. In case of cancellation, clients will receive a confirmation email from www.askdirect.in Consultancy Services. If the client does not receive the confirmation email, it is the client’s responsibility to enquire about the status of their cancellation.

c. In case of no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, no refund will be given.

2. Refunds
