Clients have the right to cancel their services before the scheduled appointment by sending an email to the email address provided on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. In case of cancellation, clients will receive a confirmation email from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.askdirect.in\">www.askdirect.in<\/a> Consultancy Services. If the client does not receive the confirmation email, it is the client\u2019s responsibility to enquire about the status of their cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c. In case of no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, no refund will be given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d. Arun Singh Kranti Consultancy Services reserves the right to cancel a scheduled appointment. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered a reschedule or a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.&nbsp;Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. If a client is not satisfied with the services provided by Arun Singh Kranti Consultancy Services, they may request a refund within 7 days of the service date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Refunds will only be provided in cases where the services were not performed or sub-standard services were provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c. Arun Singh Kranti Consultancy Services will review the request for a refund and make a decision based on its merits. The decision of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.askdirect.in\">www.askdirect.in<\/a> Consultancy Services is final and binding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the decision to grant a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.&nbsp;Alterations to Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.askdirect.in\">www.askdirect.in<\/a> Consultancy Services reserves the right to alter or modify the services offered without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Clients who have already paid for services that have been modified or altered will be offered the option to receive a refund or an equivalent service in exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.&nbsp;Legal Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a.
